The process in the making of the book consisted of; the three young men receiving training
and qualifying in desk top publishing, taking and downloading in excess of 3,000 digital photographs
and painstakingly redrawing the images into computer graphics.
In all, this sign language book took some three years
to complete from inception to completion. As such this book firmly reflects a deaf perspective on the
communicational needs of deaf people in the hearing world. |
